General Shop Information


What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays to allow our team to recharge so they can provide the best service during the week.

Where is your shop located?
Our facility is located at 2902 Hwy 64 West, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091. We are conveniently situated on the main highway for easy access by heavy-duty trucks and equipment haulers.

Do I need to make an appointment?
For routine maintenance, tires, and DOT inspections, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure the fastest turnaround. For complex diagnostic issues or major repairs, we generally ask that you drop off the vehicle so our technicians can perform a thorough assessment and provide an accurate estimate.

Services & Capabilities


Do you work on gasoline engines or passenger vehicles?
No. To provide the highest level of expertise, we specialize exclusively in diesel engines. We do not work on gasoline-powered vehicles, automobiles, or Chevy Duramax engines.

Do you have the same software as the dealerships?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of choosing Swift Repairs is that we have invested in all OEM diagnostic software. We have the same capabilities as the major dealers to perform deep-system diagnostics, forced regens, and parameter changes on all major makes and models.

Do you perform DOT inspections?
Yes. We are authorized to perform standard DOT Annual Inspections as well as Landstar-specific DOT inspections to keep you compliant and safe on the road.

Do you offer field service or roadside assistance?
We no longer offer field services. All repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic work are performed at our fully equipped shop in Lewisburg to ensure we have access to the advanced tools and software required to do the job right.

Tires & Alignments


Can you repair my flat tire?
We do not offer tire repair or patching services. We focus on the sale and installation of new tires, including mounting and match-fit balancing, to ensure the highest safety standards for heavy-duty applications.

What is "Match-Fit" Balancing?
Standard balancing only accounts for weight. Match-fit balancing identifies the "high spot" of the tire and the "low spot" of the rim to match them perfectly. This eliminates vibrations that standard balancing can miss, leading to a smoother ride and longer tire life.

Pricing, Parts & Warranty


What is your shop labor rate?
Our current shop labor rate is $130 per hour. Additionally, there is a 4% shop supply fee on all invoices to cover the cost of essential materials like cleaners, shop rags, and specialized fluids used during your service.

Do you keep parts in stock?
Because every truck and piece of equipment has unique specifications, we do not maintain a massive inventory of parts. Instead, we order parts specifically for your job once the vehicle is on-site. This ensures you get the exact right part for your specific model and application.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our work with a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of the invoice.
Please note: We do not warranty the parts themselves (which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty), nor do we warranty the labor required to replace a part that has failed under a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty concerns must be inspected by our staff at our Lewisburg location.
